  1. if you had a greasy tough old bit of mutton you probably wouldn't be that impressed with sheep meat. but lamb is fantastic, and if you've never eaten lamb before you should go for some lamb cutlets they're tender and delicious. save the mutton for the slow cooked curry not the bbq grill.
