  1.  @dsar8262  liberal doesn't mean what you think it means. liberals by definition stand for free speech and freedom from authority. the australian party is less liberal than it should be and bows to media pressure on social issues and yanks have completely forgotten what liberal even means instead applying the term to authoritarian leftists who are the exact opposite of liberal.

  3.  @greatleader4841  all australian police carry handguns. the people freaking out about guns were in victoria and were upset that police special forces got new "assault rifles" (they already had them they just got more or replacements) but you must understand that melbourne victoria is populated mostly by far left, sjw,hipster,commie antifa greens party voters and is a scab on australia. i'm not exactly sure what us city melbourne compares to but probably something like portland
