we call it picnic in the bush syndrome. this false belief they were lazing around plucking fruits from arms length and popping them straight in their mouth. they were nomadic, they had no birth control, they didn't carry more than one child at a time so you can guess what happened to babies that were born before the previous one could walk on it's own.
