  1. under capitalism you're free to run your business in a communist or socialist way if you like. you can distribute profits equally among your workers (as long you pay at least minimum wage) you can provide free healthcare to people and you can pay for their education. so if that's what you want then do it. what you can't do is force everyone else to do the same.
