But, perhaps more importantly, the Gospel contradicts itself: if Jesus did everything he is said to have done, he would have been dismissed as a lunatic, & ignored by the rabbis. If he was the "big threat" to the rabbis that the Xian Bible says he was, the way the rabbis would have done absolutely the opposite of what the Bible says they did; he would have been openly judged in a rabbinical court & any threat completely demolished. The story simply does not make any sense. So, trust me, no Jews killed Jesus, directly or indirectly.
