  1. Families can't say goodbye to loved ones but the BBC can barge into ICU and video the dying like ghouls.

  2.  @jackvader107  There may be up to 20 people in an ICU did they get consent from all 20 families. Also the NHS is not allowed to give out patient details so how did the BBC know which family to contact? And it is very difficult to give your families' phone number when you are in a coma on a ventilator.
