If vaccines worked why are there still diseases? I mean they managed to eradicate Small Pox right? Who keeps introducing these diseases to countries?

@Gaatsby Britain has had the Measles vaccine since the late 1960s. Everyone gets jabbed. Why are there still Measles outbreaks in Britain?

@FURRIANWARRIOR That was German Measles, the posh word for it was Rubella. Girls got a jab for it when they were 11, something to do with pregnancy.
