  6. No. It just means that the next accused who can afford a legal fight will have a legal precedent on which to rely in court. Of course, most people can't afford to fight and will simply look for a new job, often outside their field. Moreover, if it was a Magistrate's Court, the precedent is not binding (mandatory) on other courts.
