  1. Right on as always, Jamarl. Canada had Liberal gov'ts from 1993-2006. They signed Kyoto, and then proceeded to do fuck all to halt climate change, which in Canadian terms would have meant freezing development of the Alberta Tar Sands. We missed our emissions targets by miles, but Liberals could (and did) say "The Tories would be worse!" and "The NDP can't win." In short, I've seen this movie before. Ugh.
