White supremacism is a tool of capitalism, not the other way around. That said, your point about many Marxists taking the Eurocentric world view at face value is well taken, at least by me. There's a lot of "history" that basically came from the lower gastrointestinal tract of a horse, so to speak, and ignoring this does indeed impede historical materialist analysis.

@McJagermeister Gamers are the joke. 💩

It's only episode #1...

So you enjoy Chinese bourgeois and labour aristocrats doing hasbara to paper over the 28% of Chinese workers who live in dormitories? Weird.
1
Orwell was an MI5 snitch. Maybe we can use different terms to describe the phenomenon.
1
@justthis6953 You heard wrong. Search up "Orwell's List", and tell me how revolutionary or socialist he sounds after that.
1
@aprescoup You know Che was anti-revisionist, right? He probably bought Mercader a beer for doing the good deed. ⛏️

The fact that Trotsky was both a scumbag who collaborated with Nazis & Japanese fascists AND someone who made theoretical and material contributions to Marxism is a contradiction for sure. The one does not negate the other.

Bye, Karen.

EXACTLY. The swine always frame Hitler as the pinnacle of evil, when he was just a child looking up to his Mummy Britannia!

Workers don't have capital. Learn what words mean. Jesus Christ.

"aprescoup" fancies himself an expert on everything, shit-talking Ben Norton literally dozens of times a day, but doesn't know that all foreign corporations doing business in China must enter joint venture agreements with Chinese firms? Hmph.

I hadn't caught that. Touché.

The "leaders" of Amerikkka have always been evil. Read a damn book.
1
English speakers outside North America never stopped saying it. Touch grass.
1
@McJagermeister I'm plenty calm, Ronald McDonald.

@McJagermeister 🤡

@McJagermeister Are you still talking, clown? I watched the video yesterday, before replying to your lame "joke". "Fortnight" is used in the regular parlance of most English speakers worldwide, bruv. Just sit tf down and take your L. <cue "The Price Is Right" fail horn>
1
@McJagermeister You tried to make a "joke" of an Indian woman using a common word, implying she's old and out of touch because she doesn't speak the precise variety of English that you -- and a MINORITY of Anglos worldwide -- speak. You're a clown. Delete your account.
1
@McJagermeister Every reply makes you look dumber and more puerile. You should delete your OP, but I bet you won't.

"In decline" /= "is toothless". Ouf.

"US industry produces double what it did in 1980." The f*** it does.

Funny, I heard Wolff say last week that China's is higher when measured by purchasing power parity, which he says is a more accurate reflection of the situation...
1
You clearly didn't hear from her, given your flippant and incorrect characterization.
1
"Americans" have never controlled their governments, dingus. Washington was a British slave owner and land speculator who, with his cronies, wrote a constitution by and for themselves. Amerikkka needs to die, and it will soon. Good riddance!
1
It's an apt descriptor...they don't call it The Great Satan for nothing! 👿

"Rosie the Riveter" redux is anti-Marxist.

A little from column A...
1
@biafraundefeated5884 I'm sure many victims of British imperialism the world over share your sentiments, comrade. ✊

WTF are you talking about? Socialism is diametrically opposed to the utopian idea of infinite growth. You Ustashe are wild.
1
@nikolapilipovic1124 Sorry, I should have called you a Chetnik. "Market socialism" was socialist in the same way as "national socialism" or " socialism with Chinese characteristics " were/are, which is to say not at all. Socialist countries focused on growth specifically so they could survive in a capitalist world. Moreover, most of these countries were starting from a place where feudalism had ensured material lack for the masses, so overcoming this in the early years was vital. Unfortunately, they were so successful at overcoming material lack that a bourgeoisie was able to develop in bureaucracy, who then actively engaged in counter-revolution until their countries became fully capitalist.
