  3. It's actually true, tho. You can't be "neutral" any more than you can be "apolitical" or "impartial". The question then is, why feign neutrality? Of course, the answer for poor countries -- or rather, their comprador "leaders" -- is that they're afraid of being the next Cuba, DPRK, Vietnam, Iraq, Libya, Syria...or Ukraine! Can't blame them in that sense, but I'm also not surprised that Porky & Co. are now demanding absolute fealty...
