  1. That guy uses frozen lobster? Really, FROZEN LOBSTER?! If this were Restaurant Impossible or Kitchen Nightmares, Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsay would be in his face. Rule of thumb: NEVER SELL OFF FROZEN FOOD AS FRESH, INCLUDING LOBSTER!
