  2. NO, HE DID NOT DO WHAT HE WAS TRAINED TO DO. The lady had a gun because she was fearing that he was gonna break in. Pointing a gun at a cop that you THINK is gonna break into your home and hurt you IS NOT WRONG. IN ANY CASE. Even if the cop asks you to drop the gun, IGNORE THE ORDER AND FIRE. YOU WILL NOT GET CHARGED.
