Right to the video. This won't take long. Meritocracy. That's it. Race shouldn't be part of the decision process. The best should rise. That's it. Equality of opportunity is not the same as equality of outcome. Blah blah blah. I'm sick of this argument. I work in a factory it's a result of my effort. It's that simple. I have to agree with a lot of the horrid comments. I thought you were brought up in money your parents sent you to a private school. Then you were funnelled into officer school. I'm ashamed. You're so articulate and well-spoken it threw me. You actually worked hard around other hard-working people and earned it. I have so much more respect for you now and I hope you can forgive me.
