  1. I blame the airlane for a bad system. You can not expect a human to problem solve under those conditions. The pilots are good guys. The airline are the problem.

  3. @misarthim6538  I agree in part. But the system is over complex. They bodged massive engines on. Then they bodged the trim to account for those engines which were far too far forward making the plane unstable. If everything works perfectly it's fine. I'm more attuned to designing a good aircraft in the first place. Just because the humans didn't react correctly doesn't mean they didn't react correctly under the circumstances. Humans screw up all the time. The airline made it easy for them to screw up then blamed them.
