  2. I can understand the reappropriating of the word “slut,” and I’m glad she’s not ashamed if people use her sexuality to harm her. But I don’t think I’m out of line by pointing out that art should meet certain aesthetic standards. Personally, I don’t think photographing a buttocks meets that standard.

  4. It’s ok to find the word “slut” inappropriate. But these women didn’t introduce that word into the dialogue. If they hadn’t been called it already, they wouldn’t have had to reappropriate it. When someone uses language to hurt you, you have the right to take away its ability to cause you harm.❤️
