The cancer Biden has scores a 9/10 on the Gleason scale (aggressiveness), which means it's entirely possible for it to grow and spread to the bones before the first positive PSA test (meaning by the time they catch it, it's already late stage). There have been plenty of people out there who have had such aggressive forms and have died less than a year after having a negative PSA test. So, no, he did not have to have had it for years or even a year... There should be consequences for medical "experts" who spread disinformation for paid media appearances.
