The overturn won't have to last long if people would quit pushing the silly 14th/9th amendments argument in favor of one based on the 13th amendment's prohibition of involuntary servitude instead (one cannot be forced or coerced to do work against one's will for the benefit of others...which is essentially what abortion bans would do.) In hundreds if not thousands of rulings involving some party seeking to prevent a woman from having an abortion the courts have consistently held that the woman gets the final say because she's the one who would have to do the work of carrying and giving birth. If the courts consider it work, then the government cannot force women to do it against their will. If the 13th applies, then the 10th can't. Thus SCOTUS would have no constitutional grounds to send it to the states. President Biden could force the issue by issuing an executive order to the Justice Department etc. to enforce the 13th's prohibition of involuntary servitude in states who implement bans on abortion (at least prior to viability.)
