Well, Giuliani can't give up because as soon as he isn't protected by Trump, he's likely going to end up in prison. What he was doing in the Ukraine was highly illegal. He was acting as an unelected, unappointed, illegitimate representative of the US.

@rikkiseddo They actually can be a bit of a problem during strenuous activity. You'll notice that atheletes usually take them off when actually doing something. Strenuous jobs can be an issue as well. A couple of people I work with have passed out as a result of wearing masks and I've come close a couple of times. Now we just step away, pull the mask off the nose, take a deep breath and then put the mask back properly before exhaling. Two or three times usually does the trick. The issue is that some of the pressure change responsible for inhaling air acts on the mask instead.

I'm all for freedom of the press however, there are limits to what they can legally do to obtain information. If what was claimed in the search warrant is true, then local law endorcement's actions could very well have been justified. It would be wise to wait until the investigation of the reporter's/news agency's actions has been concluded before passing judgement on the matter.

Under normal circumstances, it isn't noticeable but part of the force involved with the change in pressure responsible for inhaling air actually acts on the mask instead. As a result, you do have to breathe a little harder than usual. At very high levels of oxygen use, that small difference can lead to some shortness of breath issues. Under normal circumstances masks are fine though. Also, since they're meant to prevent spreading it through exhaling not catching it by inhaling, you can simply pull the mask away a bit, take a deep breath and then exhale with the mask back in place without losing much of the benefit whenever you need to catch your breath.

Not necessarily. If the reporter in their capacity as an employee of the newspaper did what was claimed in the search warrant, the raid could very well have been justified (though a bit extreme.)
