Just by the letter of the law, it's going to be extremely difficult to convict on any of the charges he's being tried for. What he did fits the definition of negligent homicide or involuntary manslaughter far better. If they fail to convict (which they should with an unbiased jury), the riots will be heavily on the prosecution's hands

  16.  Fentanyl Floyd  While I agree with you concerning Floyd, one has to be either completely ignorant or completely dishonest to make claims such as yours concerning vaccination. There's simply too much data out there which clearly shows that vaccinated people catch the disease far less often than the unvaccintated and have much lower mortality and hospitalization rates as well when they do catch it. The data from Texas alone shows that the unvaxxed were 30 times more likely to catch it with similar ratios when it came to deaths etc.

As for term limits, that would require a Constitutional amendment.

  23. They increased by ~111,000, not 139,000. The administration has consistently lowered their reported numbers for the previous months by 20% each. No reason to think this report isn't 20% exaggerated too.

  26. The core problem is that he's personally involved with it in general. He's running a fine line when it comes to separating his Presidential powers from his personal/political affairs (and may have already crossed it.) The Executive branch was intentionally left out of loop when it comes to elections. The courts are his constitutional method to challenge results. If that fails to succeed by safe harbor date, then you do what Gore did and bow out for the sake of the country. You don't keep grasping at straws and giving your supporters false hope. No good can come from that.

Lancaster's (Edit as well as most of the other self-proclaimed "independent journalists" who reported on the Donbas War) been on Moscow's payroll for years as a pro-separatists propoganda agent and is currently travelling with the separatists/Russian military. That's why he's allowed into areas other journalists aren't and never appears all that concerned for his safety.

There are already regulations that require workers in various fields to be vaccinated or take increased precautions against infectious diseases. I'm not saying that OSHA has or should have the power to enforce a vaccine mandate in this case, just that your particular argument isn't really sound.
