  1. @luigimrlgaming9484 no it doesnt on both counts. Majority of Russia's defence spend goes on it's nuke forces. The rest are are shambolic.As for the standard of living,a house,healthcare,dentists,money are definitely what you wouldn't receive on the breadline in Russia.

You are right they aren't breadlines in the uk,you'll still find they have a house,money,free precriptions,dentists,medical care and pension paid they're just not earning enough to be classed as 'well off'
