Just a quick reminder that we know next to nothing about the gut microbiome. You dont know if veggies are making your gut microbiome healthier and therefore yourself. You just assume that. Diversity is just such a nice word, like „balanced“.

You tried the carnivore diet for a couple days and say it doesnt work for you? This is more than sad, this is an absolute joke. Of COURSE there will be a f*cking adaption phase. And that could be a bit rough, but a few weeks in and that goes out the window. Youre missing such a big opportunity here

@nexnexusnex there are COUNTLESS people who got into the carnivore diet right after leaving another diet, like veganism, standart keto, and so on. Carnivore is THE game changer. Its absolutely our species appropriate diet. You just have been brainwashed and cant wrap your head around it.

@MrWnw im almost certain it would help with your addictions. Best way is to find out. Just eat fatty red meat until full. Ground beef, eggs, butter and all the other cuts of meat you like. But red meat is probably the best and you should make it your staple. Eat enough fat so youre full. Always eat until satiated. Season with salt to taste. I would avoid dairy.

Its mind boggling to me how people are freaked out when you basically eat like our ancestors did for millions of years. A diet that literally made us into homo sapiens
