  4. RIGHT ON MEGYN KELLY!! WHO IS Responsible then? I would suspect both Gavin Newsome and Mz Mayor. For not heeding the warnings about keeping water available in case of an emergency. They did not listen to reason. Even President elect warned them months ago to start building up the water supply, in case of emergency. But the Mayor spent the money elsewhere then on the water.
