  1. The hodgepodge of pre-smartphone cell phone chargers in one of my drawers proves you wrong. There are connectors in there that only engineers from hell could have invented in the first place. No sane person would have spent money on those designs.

  2. I had Firewire sound cards. They were about as reliable as an unfed mule. Not everything Apple made was good.

  6.  @kornaros96  That's a good idea. Turning the lights out early will do much more for the environment than avoiding wireless charging. :-)

  7.  @kornaros96  Even with LEDs. If you have slightly older bulbs, then they are wasting 50% if the energy. The best ones you can buy are still losing around 25%. Your real problems, however, are your HVAC system and your car.
