  2. We teach the single, double and n-slit diffraction function in the same lecture in first year university level physics. All of it takes maybe half an hour.

  5. Nobody shoots anything here. And no, most light does not pass through the slits. That's one of the reasons why nobody with half a mind teaches quantum mechanics with the double slit.
