One has to be very careful about such claims. Diluting a substance with very high dilution factors is actually more difficult than the homeopathy supporters claim. First of all the dilution process has to be carried out properly, controlling for surface effects and assuring complete mixing and it has to be monitored constantly with analytical chemistry. More importantly, the solvent and all equipment have to be free of contaminants. I doubt that homeopathists are doing any of that properly, so what you are really getting is not "nothing", but it is whatever contaminants exist in the facilities and in the solvents, which is probably worse than what comes out of a proper pharmaceutical production process that is strictly monitored.
