  1. Only if reliability is your major concern. If you want to be able to distribute something then you can't. OTOH, there are software packages that install 10GByte on your machine of which only a few ten MB are actually application code. Users really love that garbage. :-)

  3. It won't. Languages themselves won't survive. AIs will be able to generate machine code directly.
