  4. Well, we here in the US had a over a million deaths by now... so I don't know about you... but one in three hundred people dying is kind of considered dangerous. If a company sold a shaver that would cut the arteries of one in three hundred men, it would be put out of business by regulators quite quickly. This many deaths don't seem to be much of concern where you live, though. :-)
