  7. Vaccines work two ways: they reduce mortality in those who get them (and that worked nicely) and ideally the disease can't spread in a fully vaccinated population. The last thing didn't work because too many people are not getting the vaccine. Of course it's those who didn't get the vaccines who are dying now... karma is a you know what.

Let's get at least the language right. 🙂 In any case, we have omicron infection statistics. Unvaccinated adults were five times more likely to become vectors than vaccinated and boosted adults. The discrepancies for hospitalization and deaths were even larger. COVID-19 has now become a disease of the unvaccinated. The unvaccinated are filthy and stupid people, indeed. :-)

  38. Why would it not be effective? Every time you get a booster, be it a harmless vaccine or an actual COVID-19 infection, your immune system restarts antibody production. The only difference is that with a vaccine nobody gets hurt, with an actual infection you will become a vector who might kill somebody by infecting them or you might die yourself.

  44. I know somebody with long COVID who is not obese. He actually did a 100km bike ride shortly before he got infected the first time. Since then he is constantly tired and in pain. In terms of fitness he must have aged ten years, if not more.

The slow uptake of the vaccines after they became widely available proves that people are irrational. You can find plenty of correlation between vaccination status of the population and death toll in 2021, if you want. Not that I believe that you want to. You sound very comfortable in your fantasy.
