  2. There are no particles. Quantum mechanics is about the transfer of small amount of energy (quanta) between physical systems.

  3. The matter in the universe is simply not distributed according to a white noise density spectrum. It shows larger fluctuations at longer scales (pink or red noise). That certainly doesn't say anything about the Fermi paradox, which is just shoddy thinking, and whether it cures the Hubble tension is very questionable. This is just another bullshit advertising video for idiots. ;-)
