Why would a VC return money to an LP????? That's investing at full risk. If you don't like it, put your money on the bank and get 4% or more right now. Zero risk. Also not much of a return.

You sound jealous. :-)

Only an idiot gets a divorce if the wife makes most of the money. There are, of course, plenty of idiots. Especially on the internet. ;-)

They made the right algorithm... it simply supports trolls. Figure out how to troll the world and you will be highly successful on YT. You still won't make much money for yourself, but you will make tons for YT. ;-)

@user-wt5ou4mz3w Outsourcing doesn't cut cost (the company that is doing the work for you has to make a profit which comes out of yours). Outsourcing is quick and simple because it doesn't require in-house expertise and up-front investment. If you only want to be around for a short time, then you outsource. If you are planning for the long run, then you get an edge by doing things in-house.

Since I know better I can assure you that you don't know better. ;-)

@adrienneclarke3953 It is not my definition of "fair weather" when it rains 500lbs bombs.

Happened to me once... but I can't say that I didn't see it coming or that I didn't earn it on some level. There was simply no love lost between me and that employer and we were both much happier after I left on my own terms. ;-)

@ahsanmohammed1 If you are not welcome somewhere, the rational response is to leave and go to a place where you are welcome. You don't do it after you are sick of it (literally), but you do it at the first sign of serious trouble.

Yes, that's exactly why you are here... because you are not. Can you eve hear yourself? ;-)

Nobody wants to work. Ever. You clearly didn't read the first few chapters of the bible, did you? The problem has been well documented for millennia. ;-)

Young people feel bad at work because most of it is not meaningful and the work environment is poor. That's no different than for older workers.

I know somebody who had to lay off a large fraction of staff once. He was crying afterwards. If you think that firing staff is easy for a motivated manager who wants the company to succeed, then think again. Layoffs are usually a necessity. They are not a choice and by rational criteria most CEOs and boards wait far to long before they start layoffs.

What strategy? They are simply the only game in town. ;-)
