  1. Quantum physics explains ALL of the properties of matter and radiation. Duality is not one of those properties. It's just an old failed mental model that is popular among people who don't understand physics.

  2. General relativity is non-unitary because it has world lines that end in singularities. That's undergrad physics intuition.
