  1. There is no more "culture" here than in any other gated complex for the rich. The only good thing is that it's not built on a golf course, but that's pretty much it.

  4. For starters this doesn't have the size and functions of a city. It is, at best, a gated community.

  5.  @ziggystardust1866  Gated communities tend to starve after a few days if not being supplied by farms and they are failing financially if they aren't being supplied by cities with money that has been earned by the production of industrial goods and services. :-)
