  3. Anger does not a good advisor make. We all understand how Ukrainians feel. We would feel the same way... but feelings don't make facts. The fact is that SpaceX is 100% controlled by the US government as far as its services to foreign governments go. If the US government says "No.", it's a "HELL NO! And don't you dare unless you want to get a 5am morning visit from the FBI.".

  5. Most Russians who live "out there" don't have money for Starlink. Just because there is a need does not mean there is money to be made. You also need to understand that there are many places in the world where small local companies are already providing low cost high speed internet with WIFI and directional antennas. The situation is not nearly as "dire" as most people seem to think. It's also not clear that Starlink is just a harmless private enterprise. There might very well be a government interest in the R&D that went into the system.
