  2. Yeah, it's just local political theatre. Every Polish government will know that the only thing between them and the Russian army is Ukraine. They do not want to test the scenario in which Ukraine loses.

  4. If Poland were to go through with that plan (which they might), then they would be spending around $35 billion on defense a year. That puts them in 13th place in the world, roughly on par with Australia. It's far below Germany and the UK. Not sure how they would be "pushing" the UK around with a land army. Are they also investing heavily in the longest pontoon bridge in the world? ;-)
