  2. Towing doesn't "normally" happen to a vehicle. Over 99% of all vehicles on the road are NOT towing. How do I know? I can watch the street next to my house. Neither is anybody today driving 1000 miles without going to a petrol station. Those who didn't miss 1000 mile range in their gasoline vehicles won't miss 1000 miles of range in their EVs, either. That's 100% of all drivers. ;-)
