  3. A withdrawal operation has to be planned. They planned this a long time ago. As much as I like Biden, the call was just a PR highlight of an operation that both the Israeli and US side had long agreed on. Israel gave Biden a political win and out and in return Biden will give them continued support, now and beyond the election.
