What if the guy removes the condom (subverted a woman's free will and impregnated her, against her will)? What if the condom doesn't work? What if they were taking birth control? i.e. they were being responsible? They should be exempt, right? BTW? What if they were raped? Molested? Might die if they carry that fetus to term? What if the child will not survive? According to YOU, that's "to take responsibility of their action?" So, believe what you will. But don't DARE tell a woman what she can and can't do with her own body. As I'm dang sure, you would not agree to a woman subverting your free will in return. Such as, a FORCED vasectomy law. Which, one has to be 18yrs old AND agree to such a procedure. Ironic, huh?
