A broken clock is right twice a day. In this case when talking voting and politics Biden is right. Overwhelming majority of blacks (90%+) vote Democrat. When most of that population lives in inner cities ran by one party that also runs their education, welfare, their celebrities endorsing the Democrats, etc. how would you expect them to vote?

He already lives in his utopia called California so is he moving to another part of California or is he one of those brainlets who lacks self-awareness that is moving to a red state when it was his blue voting habits that ruined California so he is going to ruin another state?

@stephenmarcus9601 You do know Democrats commit voter fraud, right? That has been a meme even before the internet. In before you say "Republicans do it too" when no, they don't especially when they don't have the mainstream, institutional power Democrats have had since forever to constantly get away with it despite the overwhelming evidence.
