  4. Maryland gun laws suck BUT: 1) Maryland doesn't ban possession of 10+ round mags. It only bans the act of buying and selling them within state lines. Since Maryland is a small state it is easy to go to an out-of-state source physically to get them. 2) Only regular barreled 5.56 AR's are banned, heavy barrel 5.56's and all other calibers are legal. Only 7.62x39 AK RIFLES are banned, 7.62x39 pistols and every other caliber is legal.
