  1. Depends on the state since this was only upheld at the state level. Blue states will continue doing it. How do you think that Somali living in Minnesota keeps getting re-elected? She ballot harvests all the immigrants in her district who don't speak any English nor have any connection to here. Her own ballot harvesting staff bragged about it on social media ffs and did anything happen to her? Any investigation? Of course not since she is a Democrat and a protected "minority" so she can do whatever she wishes!!

  3. Exactly. Gun control was ruled unconstitutional in Heller and McDonald yet more gun control passed at the Federal and State levels since then. Unless the rules are enforced and punishment dished out, rulings are useless.
