Norfolk Southern and Class 1's in general for their PSR scheduling that cuts maintenance, super long trains the rail lines weren't designed to handle, and hires workers at the bare minimum AS WELL AS the government for making it worse by not enforcing safety standards and burning off chemicals with zero knowledge of their after effects.
