Import bans, red flag laws, and tons of state level gun laws have passed in defiance of Heller and McDonald making the 2nd Amendment an incorporated, individual right. Sandy Hook and Parkland had many states pass more gun control nullifying any supposed gains. Florida, the state everyone says is "based" has more gun control than one would expect especially after Parkland. 3 day waiting period to buy a gun, have to be 21 to purchase, no open carry unless you are doing something "sporting", no rapid fire triggers, and the drum beat of gun control continues even with DeSantis in with no one with the balls to repeal Parkland's knee jerk bullshit and other gun control measures. Funny how cases that favor conservatives in the Supreme Court can be ignored without repercussion meanwhile anything that favors libtards everyone kowtows with holy, religious reverence.
