@GeneralGorillaSonicOC That isn't how that works. Section 2 of the 25th Amendment- Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President when the prior Vice President becomes the President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress. So no, the only way a Speaker could ever become President would be if the President and Vice President were taken out simultaneously.

@MorganJ Trump wasn't impeached because the Senate blocked it. The House can pass whatever bullcrap it wants but unless the Senate approves, it is meaningless. This is CIvics 101, folks......
