  1. Federal law says you have to be 21 to buy a handgun from a gun store. However if your state allows private gun sales and they don't say anything about possession then you can technically buy a handgun at 18 as long as it wasn't from a gun store and that you have no crimes on your record/fugitive that would deny you from owning a gun.

  2. fallenangel2100 Yea where have you been? They got everything they wanted minus an AWB and mag limit. Be careful if you have any muzzle brakes or light triggers since they can technically make your gun shoot faster than "normal" which is against the law now. Also better not have marital problems or your wife can say you are crazy/you hit her and you will lose your guns with ZERO due process. Good luck!!
