They just tweaked it and realized it is better to let the factory owners make some money that would reap bigger dividends to the national treasury than the Soviet way of complete control from the top down letting stupid, incompetent bureaucrats run the show (China still has lots of bureaucrats though). They also realized allowing their citizens to become slave laborers for cheap Western goods would be better to enrich the party. If you aren't a loyal party member your life in China is hell.

I have seen numerous videos of these so-called "teachers" openly admitting in interviews they don't even teach anything from the curriculum anymore, only BLM rhetoric, and they get away with it, no questions asked!! I will never, ever send my kid to a public school to be brainwashed by these Marxists.
