They spent night at a small hotel, hostal rather, in same room and get along very well. They both felt that they were just doing their job. At the end no prejudicies no hostilities anymore and they separated in good will. He was never that russophonic like most. Around 1943 some Finnish soldiers startet to realize that Germany may not accept Finns because they were not full white race. My dad had worries about his fellow soldier who had dark hair. Finns began to understand what really was going on in Germany. It was shocking to many.
