  1.  @tanyatukanova6181  Yes, the autonomy especially Alexander II era was great time for both Finland and Russia. Finland came independent 6.12.1917. Lenin was the first stateman to accept it, and Stalin too as they encouraged small nations to get sovereign in those turbulent times.
