  3.  @jamesdond614  Pretty much the same in Finland, a bit later in 2000s. Most smaller and a great deal of heavy manufacturing went to far east mainly China. Privalization indeed was the biggest mistake. But things are getting actually better with little enterprises, very slowly though.
