  6. Levan, this is real funny. The same Russian guys fooled our FM Valtonen by a phone call a few months ago. They introduced themselves as officials of an African country and asking her why the Ukrainian counter offensive was not that succesful as expected. She had a hard time to struggle to get a believable answer but did not quite manage. It was quite terrifying to watch as she had black shadows around her tired eyes like a heavy drinker or drug user. It was really scary sight. That girl by the way did not shake hands with Lavrov when they met last time and was proud of that. That is the level of our diplomacy.
